I would like to record my appreciation to Marlene for the great support and insight given to me through her coaching sessions. These sessions have been very helpful to me because Marlene taught me how to analyze and identify my emotions in the challenge I am going through in the workplace. In doing so I now understand why my emotions effected me negatively and I learnt how to control them again and gain coping skills and strategies of how to exercise positivity for my own wellbeing.... I learnt how to take back power for my life over this challenge, which enabled me to think clearer so I can make the right choices for my life going forward.

'Initially I was not sure about going, or what to expect, when I arrived I noticed the atmosphere was really relaxing and warm, she gave me the opportunity to look at myself. We worked on foods and its effect upon the human body and mind. I found Marlene to be most helpful in teaching and explaining the finer points of the diet... not only did we cover my actual food intake ...but the root causes of my comfort eating.
