There are times in our lives when we have to face the pit of despair, whether we dug the pit ourselves or someone else dug it for us to fall into.

Either way, we have a choice, once we stop, take the time to examine the pit and then make a decision, either to step into it and have a pity party where you will be the only attendant...or we choose Nevertheless to skip over it.

None of this is easy to do, it will require us to reactivate our will power and a few vitality principals;

1. Forgiveness to those who dug the pit for you

2. Forgive yourself if you did this, be gentle and kind to yourself

3. Ask God to forgive you if you harmed anyone else in this process

This bounce back may take a little while, a day or two but its ok you deserve the time to heal and get up again, so be kind to yourself. Pain is a good indicator that a wrong has been committed, it's been my experience not to  ignore it and bury this pain alive, it will only resurface somewhere else.

Much of what we do from here on is on the way up and over the pit, or the way down.

In life many times we need the help of one who can stand in the pit for us and lift us up and over it to a solid, safe ground. For me that is my God who is always a very present help in times of need and a trusted coach helper or friend.

So, what ever and whoever your source of help is in the time of need you have a choice...choose life.

to your healthy, BOUNCE BACK!!
